GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Questions about the cards:

We’re so happy that you are using your cards! Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we cannot answer specific questions regarding readings, meanings of cards, etc. Please refer to your Guidebook for questions about card meanings, spreads, and how to use the cards. We suggest really taking your time to get to know the cards. Remember to trust your own intuition!

SHIPPING POLICY:

The Wild Unknown via FedEx Smart Post. We offer Ground, 2Day, 1Day & International shipping options. Select your preferred method at checkout.

All orders placed by 1:00 PM CST Monday-Friday will ship on the same day. Please note: All orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Fridays will process and ship the following Monday. This includes 2Day and Express orders.

We offer free shipping for US orders over $75. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Each online order includes a free 10” x 10” print. It’s our way of saying THANK YOU for supporting us directly! Please note that the print ships folded and that the design will vary seasonally. Due to high volume, we can not accept special requests or substitutions.

What is the cost to ship?

We offer free shipping for US orders over $75. For all other orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Recipients of international orders are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees vary and are NOT included in any shipping option.

Please note that shipping times for International orders are not guaranteed by The Wild Unknown. Customs may hold packages, which is out of our hands. Once an order is given to a carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and The Wild Unknown is no longer liable. The Wild Unknown is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States. 

How can I track my package?

Shortly after ordering you will receive an email stating that your items have shipped, which includes tracking information. Please be patient with international orders. They often arrive after the estimated date from USPS. If it has been over a month since your international order was shipped, or if you need other assistance, then please contact us at orders@thewildunknown.com.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Immediately contact us at orders@thewildunknown.com and we will do our best to correct your information. Please keep in mind that orders ship the same day M-F. If the order has already been processed we cannot change it. The sooner you contact us the better. 

How do I cancel my order?

Please send an email to orders@thewildunknown.com and we will try our best to cancel before it ships. Please keep in mind that orders ship out the same day M-F. If the order has already been processed we cannot cancel it. The sooner you contact us the better!

PURCHASES:

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & Paypal through our online store. Please note, all prices are listed in USD. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of our products, the Wild Unknown does not accept returns or exchanges. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at orders@thewildunknown.com and we will make it right. Be sure to include your order number and supporting images of the issue in your email to help expedite the process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Can I return The Wild Unknown items that were bought through another website or store?

Please contact the original store of the website from which you purchased The Wild Unknown goods.

Can I carry TWU goods in my shop?

IMAGE USAGE:

Can I use images of TWU cards on social media?

Of course! We love to catch glimpses of our cards in the wild. We always appreciate a tag (@the_wild_unknown or #thewildunknown) so we can stay connected and check out your creations. Thank you for spreading the magic!

Can I use images of the cards on my website?

You are welcome to share images of the cards on your website as long as you provide appropriate attribution: provide the name of the deck along with a link to www.thewildunknown.com in a clear reference to any photos where the cards appear on your site.  If the cards appear throughout your site (in a website banner or site background, for example), you may place credit for the card images and link to www.thewildunknown.com in your website footer (i.e., "Card images courtesy of The Wild Unknown").

Can I use images of the cards in another way not listed here?
