What is the cost to ship the US and Canada?
We offer free shipping for US orders over $100. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Estimated shipping costs are as follows: $6 flat rate for the US, $15 for Canada addresses. All other locations are a flat rate of $20. We also offer Fedex options for US orders and DHL Express for international orders. These rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Please note that any order placed using DHL has a 1-3 day guaranteed delivery.
When will my package ship?
Rush orders placed after 12p.m. PST will ship out the following business day. Due to warehouse hours, orders placed Friday will ship out on Monday.
*Please note: if you select 2 Day or Express shipping on orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday, these orders will not process until Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Recipients of international orders are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in any shipping option. International shipping options include USPS First Class Mail International (2-3 weeks), USPS Priority International (6-10 days) and DHL Express (1-3 days).
Please note that these shipping times are not guaranteed by The Wild Unknown. Customs may hold packages, which is out of our hands. Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and The Wild Unknown is no longer liable. The Wild Unknown is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States.
Due to a recent change in USPS policy, international orders shipped First Class flat-rate no longer include shipment tracking.
How can I track my package?
Shortly after ordering you will receive an email stating that your items have shipped, that includes tracking information. Please be patient with international orders. They often arrive after the estimated date from USPS. If it has been over a month since your international order was shipped, or if you need other assistance, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Questions for Kim
Due the high volume of emails we receive, we cannot answer specific questions regarding readings, meanings of cards, etc.... Please refer to the Tarot Guidebook for questions about the card meanings. You'll also find insight into spreads and how to use the cards in the Guidance section of our site.
If you're reaching out to coordinate a press opportunity, please write firstname.lastname@example.org.
This product line is no longer available.
After much experimentation and trial and error, we realized the turning TWU cards into an app is not what the cards want. They are to be used as part of a physical experience, not a cyber experience. For any further questions, please contact Galaxy Tone.
